Program Overview: 24-Week Correspondence Course

Step 1:

Introductory One-on-One Session
We’ll begin with a personal session to introduce the system, outline how the subconscious mind works, and explain the discipline needed for success.

Step 2:

Weekly Correspondence Structure
Each week for 24 weeks, you will:

  • Receive one chapter of The Master Key System

  • Read that chapter seven times across the week

  • Complete the mental exercise at the end daily

  • Reflect and answer guided questions to build personal insights

 

Step 3:

Weekly One-on-One Mentorship
Together, we’ll discuss how each chapter relates to your real-life experiences, track your mental shifts, and apply the teachings to your goals and personal growth.

Meditation by the Beach

There are no right or wrong answers — only awareness. You’ll receive example reflections from the author to compare with your own, helping you deepen your personal understanding.

A: Plan for about 30–60 minutes a day for reading and the mental exercise, and one weekly 30–60 minute coaching session with me.

Q: Is this therapy or coaching?

A: This is not therapy. It’s a structured coaching program focused on building mindset awareness, mental discipline, and clarity using tools based on The Master Key System.

Q: Can I take a break during the 24 weeks?

A: Consistency is key, but life happens. If needed, we can pause for up to a week. However, the greatest results come from steady, weekly practice.

Q: Is this program religious or spiritual?

A: This course is rooted in universal principles of thought and self-awareness. It’s not affiliated with any religion, but it may deepen your spiritual connection through personal insight.
